— CREATIVE STUDIO & PUBLISHING IMPRINT
Filmmaker.
Novelist.
Studio.
Blerd Corner is a creative studio and publishing imprint built on narrative craft — photography, video production, and multimedia storytelling for people who take their work seriously.
— WHAT WE DO
Three Disciplines.
One Point of View.
Every frame, every page, and every cut starts from the same place - a filmmaker’s eye for story and a writer’s instinct for what matters.
01
Film & Videography
Promotional films, educational and training videos, documentary work, social media production, event coverage, and short-form — shot and edited with a narrative filmmaker's discipline.
02
Post-Production
From concept through final delivery. Multimedia production, editing, color grading, sound design, and creative direction — the invisible work that separates amateur from professional.
03
Brand Photography
Event coverage, portraits, and documentary work. Every shoot is approached like a scene — composed with intention, lit with purpose, delivered without the filler.
— THE DIFFERENCE
Studio, Not an Agency.
Agencies sell process. Studios make things. The work here comes from a filmmaker and novelist who builds every project around the same question; what's the story, and how do we tell it right?
-
The same discipline that builds a novel and cuts a film is behind every photo session, every video, every piece of multimedia we produce. Story isn't a buzzword here — it's the method.
-
No handoffs between departments. No account managers translating your vision to strangers. The person on the call is the person behind the camera.
-
This studio was built to tell stories that matter to people the industry treats as an afterthought. That perspective doesn't inform the work — it is the work.
-
Independently owned. Self-hosted. No investors, no creative compromises. This studio answers to the work — and nothing else.

— PUBLISHING IMPRINT
The Other Half of the Studio.
Blerd Corner is a publishing imprint — home to original fiction and genre storytelling in the spaces most publishers can't reach.
The debut novel, The Whistling Came First, is supernatural horror set in 1926 Arkansas — and the first entry in the Otherlight Universe, a shared world rooted in African diasporic spirituality and American historical memory.
